What we take on

The whole job, not just the symptom.

New roof installation

Full new roofs on new builds and extensions, in tiled, IBR sheeting or flat roof systems.

Waterproofing

Torch-on and membrane waterproofing for flat roofs, balconies and other problem areas prone to leaks.

Roofing maintenance

Regular inspections, gutter clearing and small repairs to stop leaks before they start.

How we approach it

If water is standing on it, the membrane was never the problem

Most "waterproofing failures" are actually falls and drainage that were never engineered correctly. Before we apply a torch-on or membrane system, we check the roof falls first, so water has somewhere to go instead of pooling and finding its way in.

  1. 01

    Inspect & quote

We check the roof structure, falls and drainage on site and give you a written quote before any work starts.

  2. 02

    Strip & prepare

Old roofing or membrane is removed, the surface is repaired, and falls are corrected where needed.

  3. 03

    Install & seal

New sheeting, tiles or membrane is installed and all flashings and joints are sealed for a watertight finish.

Roofing & Waterproofing questions

Before you call.

Do you offer a workmanship guarantee on roofing and waterproofing?

Yes. All roofing and waterproofing work comes with a written workmanship guarantee, and we'll always flag if a leak is coming from something outside the scope of the job, like old flashing on a chimney we didn't install.

How do I know if I need a full re-roof or just a repair?

We'll do an on-site inspection first. A few damaged sheets or tiles and a bad flashing detail is usually a repair; widespread rust, sagging trusses or roofs past their design life get recommended for a full re-roof, and we'll explain exactly why before you commit to either.

Send us a photograph of the problem.

It tells us more than a phone description will. We come out, look at it properly, and put a written quote in front of you at no charge.
