What we take on

The whole job, not just the symptom.

Fault-finding & repairs

Tripping breakers, dead circuits, and intermittent faults tracked down and fixed properly, not just patched.

DB board upgrades

Old fuse boards replaced with modern, circuit-breaker distribution boards that can handle today's loads.

New wiring & extensions

Rewiring for renovations and additions, plugs, lighting circuits, and outdoor power laid out properly the first time.

How we approach it

The circuit breaker gets sized to the cable behind it, never the other way around

An oversized breaker will happily let a cable overheat inside a wall before it ever trips, which is how fires start. We work it out the other way: cable size and length first, then the breaker rated to protect that specific cable, checked against SANS 10142 tables rather than whatever breaker happens to be in the van.

  1. 01

    Assessment

We inspect the existing wiring or DB board and diagnose the actual problem before quoting a fix.

  2. 02

    Quote

A written quote covering labour, materials, and the Certificate of Compliance, no surprise call-out add-ons.

  3. 03

    The work

A registered electrician carries out the wiring, isolating and testing circuits as we go, not just at the end.

  4. 04

    Sign-off

We test every circuit and hand over a Certificate of Compliance for your records.

Electrical questions

Before you call.

Do I need a Certificate of Compliance to sell my house?

Yes, a valid electrical Certificate of Compliance is a legal requirement when transferring property in South Africa. We issue one on every job and can also inspect existing wiring and issue a fresh COC ahead of a sale.

My lights keep flickering, what's causing it?

It's usually a loose connection, an overloaded circuit, or a failing dimmer, and less often the utility supply itself. We do a proper fault-find rather than guessing, so we fix the actual cause instead of just replacing the light fitting.

Send us a photograph of the problem.

It tells us more than a phone description will. We come out, look at it properly, and put a written quote in front of you at no charge.
