How we approach it
We check what's above the ceiling before we close it up again
A sagging or stained ceiling is usually a symptom of a roof leak or old wiring, not just a cosmetic problem. Before we install a new ceiling or close up a repair, we check what's above it, so we're not just covering up an issue that will come back.

Site visit & measure
We check what's above the existing ceiling and take exact measurements for a proper quote.

Frame & board
Bulkheads or partition frames are built and boarded, ready for finishing.

Finish & handover
Skimming, painting or cornicing is completed, and the area is left clean and ready to use.

Can you match an existing ceiling texture when doing a repair?
We do our best to match existing textures and finishes on patch repairs, though on older or heavily textured ceilings a small visible seam is sometimes unavoidable, we'll be upfront about that before starting.
Do office partitions need a permit?
Non-structural drywall or glass partitions usually don't require council approval, but if the layout affects fire escape routes or structural walls we'll flag that before we start.
